How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your BillsBridge account data, send an email to privacy@billsbridge.co from the email address associated with your account, or contact BillsBridge support from inside the app and request account deletion.
Please include the following where possible:
- Your full name
- Your business name
- Your registered phone number
- Your BillsBridge account email address
What We Delete
When legally permitted, BillsBridge will delete or anonymize:
- Your account profile and business profile information
- Your connected WhatsApp integration metadata
- Team-member access records linked only to your account
- Stored support metadata not required for compliance or fraud prevention
What We May Retain
BillsBridge may retain certain invoice, payment, settlement, audit, and compliance records where required by law, fraud prevention, or tax and financial reporting obligations in Ghana. Retained records are kept only for the legally required period.
Facebook & Meta Data
If you connected Facebook Login or WhatsApp Business to BillsBridge, we will remove the integration data we control after verifying your request. Some data controlled directly by Meta or WhatsApp may need to be managed through your Meta Business settings as well.
